从这个故事当中，我意识到大学生找工作要从三个方面考虑，第一应该敢于主动去找工作，敢于主动去寻找机会就业；第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恒、工作是不分贵贱；第三，不要认为自己的起点高，就一定要从事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合适的。现在的竞争很激烈，大学生有去洗脚有去做服务员的，每一份工作都是一个机会，机会也不是到处都有。我们大学生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主动出击，主动寻找就业机会。有这样一个现象，有的大学生抱怨自己没有关系，抱怨父母不给安排好工作，在现在的社会，机会不是别人给的，而是自己去找的。每当机会降临的时候，我们不能眼高手低，也不要吃着碗里的，看着锅里的，任何工作我们都要任劳任怨，勤勤恳恳的坚持下去，总有一天，我们会得到社会的认可，用我们所写的知识，实现自己的价值。

一、求职面试入坐姿势

一。坐姿包括坐姿和坐姿。如果面试官让你坐下，你不用故意客套地说：“您先坐。

坐稳后，身子一般占座位的2/3，两手掌心向下，自然放在两腿上，两脚自然放好，两膝并拢，面带微笑保持自然放松。

二、面试交谈，距离礼仪

当面试官进入面试试室，他们习惯于一坐下就把椅子前倾。由于这位面试官非常亲切，面试者慢慢变得轻松起来，开始讲述自己对这份工作的向往，说到激动的地方，就不由自主将身子探得更近了。看着兴奋而恶毒的面试官，面试官似乎很尴尬，而此时的面试官也一直不礼貌。

交谈的目的是为了与别人沟通思想，要做到愉快地交谈，除了要注意说话的内容外，还应注意与主考官保持一定的距离，这样才能让对方听得清楚、明白。西欧一些国家从卫生角度研究出，人说话时，可产生170左右个飞沫，可飘扬1米远，最远达1.2米，咳嗽时能排出460左右个飞沫，最远可喷出9米远，就更别说打喷嚏会产生多少病菌了。

也就是说，保持适当距离交谈，也是对别人的礼貌。

1.保持距离合乎礼仪

从礼仪的角度看，说话时离对方太远显然是不礼貌的，这会让对方误以为你不愿意向他表达友谊和亲密。但如果你离得太近不能说话，你会不小心把嘴上的泡沫溅到别人脸上，这是最尴尬的。因此，从礼仪的角度来说，一般来说，与考官保持一两个人的距离是最合适的。

这样做，既让对方感到亲切，同时又保持一定的“社交距离”，在人们的主观感受上，这也是最舒服的。

2.保持距离交谈更有效

在求职面试中，人作为一个整体形象，双方交谈传递信息，不仅凭借语言，而且还要依赖身体语言来发挥魅力，如手部动作、表情变化等。美学原理告诉我们，距离可以产生美。说明距离在交谈中还是能起到一定作用的。

不久前看到一条消息，北京市现在最难找工作的是司机和财会人员，而历史倒回十年，这个结果是谁也不会想到的。那时候有本会计资格证或驾照的人都往南方和大城市跑，而且都拿到高的工资，谁曾想到，十年后的今天，情况已发生了巨变，经济发达地区私车越来越多，司机的工资却一降再降，而财会人员竟然多得没人要。

对于正要求职和就业的大学生来说，选择职业要看准它的发展前景。某职业眼下吃香，但并不意味着今后还能继续吃香，发展前影如何，是一个职业值不值得选择的关键。如果只是盲目跟风，是很容易陷入困境的。

如果说他们三个人选择的偶然因素较大，那么让我们来看看选择余地较大的美国人是如何择业的吧。

美国有个规矩，见习工的工资不受最低工资额保障，收入远远低于一般工作的工资水平。

在美国，很多人不看重眼前能拿多少工资，而关注职业选择是否对自己的人生设计有益的人不在少数。对他们来说合适是第一位的，收益是第二位的。而且，在美国人的择业观中，还有“先就业再择业”的思想，他们反对“一择业定终身”，认为“骑马找马”更好，因此，美国人才的流动性大，人首先要认识到自身的价值，然后找合适的职业来体现自身的价值。

有两个人成群结队地过马路，其中一个人喝水后不能动。剩下的那个健康而又饥饿的对同伴说：“好吧，你在这里等着，我去找水。

”他又把手枪塞到同伴手里说：“枪里有五颗子弹，记住，三个小时后，每小时对空鸣枪一次，枪声会指引我找到正确的方向，与你会合。”

8小时后，去找水的同伴带来一壶清水，带领一队骆驼车队跟随，但只发现一具尸体。他的同伴头部中了一颗子弹，枪和五个弹壳散落在他周围。

读了这个故事，你有什么感想？我？总结出了通向成功的四个条件。

第一， 合作。我们暂且称健康的那人为甲，另外一个为乙，如果早不顾同伴乙的死活，认为有乙在只会拖累他，干脆丢下他一个人走，那他会走出沙漠吗？显然，机率很小。

如果b稍微配合一下，听从a的话，他就会得救。而他却在甲还没有回来之前就选择了自杀，可以看出：乙是一个多么没有耐心的人！

耐心是成功的第二个条件。只要有耐心，我们就更接近成功。成功之前不是最遥远，黎明之前是最黑暗的吗？有了耐心，坚持到底，就会胜利。和b一样，如果他坚持一段时间，他不会死，还有第三个条件：

诚信。比如说，甲不守诚信，一去不回，那乙在原地再坚持到底，到最后也免不了一死。乙会自杀的原因可能有两种：

一是没耐心，坚持不到最后；二是对甲、对自己没信心。所以第四个条件出来了：自信。

如果他相信a能找到水，那么他会耐心等待，坚持，坚持，直到a和骆驼出差。之后，共同走出沙漠……

可想而知，通向成功的这几个条件是缺一不可的。如果你只懂得合作、耐心、正直和不自信，就很难成功。你连做好这事的信心也没有，那你肯定是消极地认为再怎么做也做不好，于是草草了事，对工作不负责，那样的做事态度，你还能通向成功？

如果你只懂得合作、耐心、自信，而不懂得诚实，那么别人会信任你并与你合作吗？缺了耐心，也不可，明明快要通向成功了，你又突然放弃，那你还是没有成功！而合作？

也不可缺少，每个人都有长处与短处，合作可以让我们取其所长，补其所短。那样，成功的机率又高出许多。如果这个要这么干，那个人要那么干，毫不退让，那也只能与成功擦肩而过。

如果是一个人埋头苦干的话，他一个发现的问题绝对少于几个人发现的问题。所以，合作也不能少。

成功的条件：合作、耐心、正直和信心是必不可少的。
